Prefabrik Yapı A.Ş. Foundation 30th Anniversary Celebrations
30th anniversary of the foundation of Prefabrik Yapı İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., one of the leading companies of the Hekim Holding, was celebrated with great enthusiasm. In the celebration, primarily the members of the board of directors; managers and employees of all Hekim Holding companies came together.
Prefabrik Yapı A.Ş. has started its journey in Istanbul on 07.07.1989 with the principle of being able to put its signature on the firsts in the ready-made building sector in Istanbul. It also paved the way for the birth of Hekim Holding. Prefabrik Yapı A.Ş. It has achieved numerous successes in the Turkish ready-made building sector.
Prefabrik Yapı A.Ş. foundation 30th anniversary was crowned with a magnificent feast at Crowne Plaza Asia on 26.10.2019. In the night enriched with special video screenings, Mr. Mustafa Tolunay, the General Manager of Prefabrik Yapı has made the opening speech.
Mr. Mustafa Tolunay has said that ; “We work in a family that waves our flag in 6 continents and approximately 150 countries and produces almost all of its raw materials within its own body.” He also pointed out that there are four different companies ranked among the top 1.000 exporter companies announced by İDDMİB. He expressed that Hekim Holding, which is present in the ISO second 500 list for two years in a row, is among the 10 companies that initiated the BIM works.
Mr. Tolunay, stated that the equilibrium are constantly changing in the world and therefore the competition is increasing day by day. Also Tolunay said ” Working with a board that acts fast and makes decision, this keeps us all fit”. He presented his thanks to the board of directors and other Hekim Holding companies; and used the expression “We will continue to take firm steps forward, with the awareness of our responsibilities.”
Öner Hekim, Chairman of the Hekim Holding Board took the word after Mr. Mustafa Tolunay. He stated that the date of 07.07.1989, is an important date as being a load-bearing stone of Hekim Holding in addition to the foundation of Prefabrik Yapı A.Ş., He said “With 8 companies and 8 enterprises, we have provided very good services to our country and our people, we have provided employment and we will continue to provide same.”
Mr. Öner Hekim also; announced that new investments will continue without slowing down. As a result of the investments we will realize; and in terms of production range, I believe that we will be the one and only in this regard, in the world. He expressed that we are a group that is open to innovations, can make very fast decisions and optimize them instantly.” Thus, he emphasized the power of Hekim Holding and its companies.
Mr. Öner Hekim used the expression “We take the most important power in our business life from our esteemed colleagues, stakeholders and suppliers.”. He expressed his thanks by saying, “Our friends who have shared their work with us have a great contribution in our successes.”. Later, he had not forgotten his valuable employees, who had previously worked within Hekim Holding and passed away; and remembered them with respect.

Hekim Holding employees who contributed to many successes that were achieved, were received plaques and awards; from the hands of the board of directors.
After the plaque ceremony, the chief architect of this meaningful night and the Chairman of the Board, Mr. to Öner Hekim; gift is presented. The moments during when his gift was presented to Öner Hekim specifically for his 55th year in business life; made everyone emotional.
On the night when enthusiasm, excitement and pride, were experienced simultaneously, Group Pandora has kept people alive and had them enjoy moments with its magnificent music. At the end of the night, Sevcan Orhan, the beloved artist of the Hekim Holding Family, took the stage and the entertainment reached its peak.
